Your welcome email will include a unique Membership ID, which you can use to access your benefits from the moment you join.

As a Member you don’t need to pre-book standard exhibition tickets, you can enjoy priority and unlimited free access. Simply present your Membership ID or your digital membership card to be scanned at the exhibition entrance.
Members must pre-book tickets for talks, courses, workshops and exhibition preview days, by following the link 'Members Booking' which can be found on the related event web page. Please note that this benefit only applies to the cardholding Member’s ticket and not those of additional guests.
To redeem your Members’ discount on our range of Design Museum shop products *, simply log into your membership account either before your purchase or at checkout.
Show your Membership ID or digital membership card to our front of house staff to start enjoy membership benefits on-site straight away.
Enjoy unlimited free access to all exhibitions and displays from the moment you join. Simply present your proof of purchase receipt, Membership ID or your digital membership card to be scanned by our Visitor Experience team at the exhibition entrance.
See exhibitions the day before public opening at our exclusive Members’ previews. Pre-book your slot online using the link provided in your e-invite.
Redeem your Members’ discount in the Atrium and High Street Design Museum shops, show your Membership ID or digital membership card to our retail team at the till.
Head to our Café to redeem your Members’ discount on all food and drinks. Simply show your Membership ID or digital membership card at the till when you are ready to pay.
Please note students may be required to show a proof of their student status at any time.
It is highly recommended to bring a Student ID with you alongside your digital membership card.
