1.Can we bring in our own suppliers?
The Design Museum has a list of accredited suppliers you can work with for your event. It is not possible to bring in your own supplier. All costs for catering, production, floristry and entertainment would be in addition to the venue hire. Please click here to view and download our Supplier Brochure for details.
2.Can our event go until midnight?
Standard events at the Design Museum run until 22:00 with the bar closing at 21:30. Events until 23:00 or midnight are possible with prior approval.
3.Would it be possible to access one of the exhibitions during our event?
Complimentary access to one of our world-renowned exhibitions is included when hiring the atrium. Details of our current and upcoming exhibitions can be found here:

If you would like access to an exhibition when hiring an alternative space there is an additional fee. This can only be confirmed up to one month in advance.
If you would like a private tour to one of our world-renowned exhibitions during your event then lecturers are available for an additional fee.
Food and drinks are not permitted in the exhibitions.
